She possesses significant experience in wound care and maintains certifications as both a Certified Medical Examiner and Medical Review Officer. Notably, Dr. Harris holds the distinction of being one of only two Professional Supervisors for hearing conservation programs in the state of Georgia, underscoring her specialized expertise in occupational health and safety.

She is the founder of Integrative Osteopathy in Fort Collins, CO and has been in private practice for 20 years. Dr. Butler is board-certified in family medicine. She served on the Colorado Medical Board from 2008-2012 and as the medical director for Northern Colorado Chapter of the Celiac Sprue Foundation from 2014-2019. She currently serves on the board of a non-profit organization dedicated to bicycle safety and advocacy.
