President, Chief Medical Officer
Kathryn Kolonic, DO, MBA, MPH, CPHQ
Prior to her current role, Dr. Kolonic served as Vice President and Medical Director at AllMed Healthcare Management and as Chief Medical Officer for AgeRight Clinical Services, where she also held the position of Medical Director for the AgeRight Medicare Advantage plan. Passionate about improving healthcare quality and optimizing service utilization, she is dedicated to ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.
Dr. Kolonic holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego, a Master of Public Health from Portland State University, a Doctor of Osteopathy from Touro University Nevada, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Emory University.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Card
His experience spans health care, financial services, and automotive operations, including service as the General Manager at AllMed Healthcare Management and Director of Clinical Review Operations at Premera Blue Cross.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Detroit Mercy and is a former commissioner of NAGAAA, the sanctioning body for the annual Gay Softball World Series.

Matthew Hersey
At ExamWorks UM Strategies, Matthew oversees the go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless alignment between sales initiatives and market demands. He also leads partnership growth efforts, fostering collaborations that enhance the company’s offerings and client relations.
A proud graduate of Grand Valley State College, Matthew has a deep-rooted love for all things Detroit and Michigan Wolverine sports. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth football and basketball, spending time in nature, and cherishing moments with his wife and two children.
Medical Director
Lanashia Harris, MD, MPH
Her professional acumen extends across multiple critical areas, including regulatory compliance, process improvement, cross-collaboration, and utilization review. These competencies, combined with her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, position Dr. Harris as an invaluable asset in complex healthcare environments where clinical excellence and operational efficiency intersect.
Dr. Harris maintains active membership in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, the American Medical Association, the National Medical Association, and the American Board of Wound Management. Her board certification by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational and Environmental Medicine reflects her commitment to maintaining the highest standards in her field.
Dr. Harris served as an active-duty soldier in the U.S. Army, where she completed her undergraduate degree at New Mexico State University. Following her honorable discharge, she pursued her medical education at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C., earning her medical degree and training in General Surgery at Howard University Hospital. Dr. Harris completed her residency in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she distinguished herself by serving as Chief Resident. She holds a Master of Public Health degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Services from the University of Illinois Chicago, with research interests focused on workplace wellness.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dr. Harris enjoys spending quality time with her family, maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise, and expressing her creativity through poetry writing.
Director, Clinical Strategy
Reema Hammoud, Pharm.D, BCPS
Prior to her current role, Reema served as Associate Vice President, Clinical Pharmacy at Sedgwick, where she was active in formulary management, clinical services, and drug utilization management. In addition to serving as a clinical liaison between clients and pharmacy benefit managers, she provided developmental support to the Complex Pharmacy Management Team and Pharmacy Utilization Review.
Reema earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Ferris State University in 2006, gained board certification in pharmacotherapy in 2014, and completed a fellowship in governance in 2022. She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including community, ambulatory care, psychiatric care, managed care and workers’ compensation. She also received the Women to Watch award in 2020 for her work on safe and effective medication discontinuation, supporting recovery and improving health outcomes.
Outside of her clinical work, Reema is passionate about fostering an inclusive environment. She actively supports Women Build, a Habitat for Humanity program, and serves as a board member at Trinity Health Oakland Hospital.
Vice President, National Sales
Adam Schilling
Adam brings deep expertise in utilization management, payer engagement, and regulatory compliance strategy. He previously served as Vice President of Strategic Sales and Team Lead at an Independent Review Organization, where he helped develop transformative partnerships with national health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, TPAs and risk-bearing provider groups.
Widely regarded as a trusted advisor, Adam is known for his ability to build lasting partnerships rooted in integrity, transparency, and strategic alignment. He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex challenges while achieving optimal outcomes for payers, providers, and patients.
Adam resides in Santa Clarita, California with his wife and three children. He speaks Russian, is learning Mandarin, and enjoys international travel as a means of exploring diverse cultures. Outside of work, he is an avid jazz pianist who values creativity, curiosity, and connection in every area of life.
Associate Medical Director
Lisa Butler, DO
At ExamWorks UM Strategies, Dr. Butler brings together her experience in technical writing, adult education and clinical medicine in a team-centered approach to meet client needs.
Dr. Butler is a graduate of the University of Michigan and University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. She completed her residency at the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation, while enjoying all of the best running, skiing and biking adventures Colorado has to offer.
Associate Medical Director
Margaret Tanzy, MD
Dr. Tanzy is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist with over ten years of distinguished experience as a physician leader, dedicated to advancing healthcare efficiency and championing evidence-based medical practices. In her role as Associate Medical Director at ExamWorks UM Strategies, she collaborates with multiple clients to streamline medical claim reviews, ensuring adherence to rigorous disease management guidelines and health plan criteria while maintaining the highest standards of clinical integrity.
Dr. Tanzy earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Virginia, where she developed expertise in both clinical practice and healthcare system optimization. Her academic foundation was established at the University of Notre Dame, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, demonstrating early dedication to scientific rigor and analytical thinking.
Throughout her career, Dr. Tanzy has demonstrated exceptional commitment to developing the next generation of healthcare professionals, bringing extensive experience in training and mentoring colleagues across a diverse spectrum of skill levels. She approaches her work with a collaborative mindset, recognizing that the path to enhanced patient outcomes and organizational excellence lies in fostering strong relationships with peers and continuously improving workflow efficiency across all facets of healthcare delivery.

Emily Burnham, MD
Dr. Burnham's clinical foundation is built on more than ten years of direct patient care as an Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician. Throughout her clinical practice, she developed comprehensive treatment plans for patients with chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease, while providing exceptional acute care across diverse patient populations ranging from young adults to geriatric patients.
Dr. Burnham earned her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the same institution. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology with a minor in Psychology from Agnes Scott College and an Associate of Arts in Biology from Georgia Perimeter College.
As a dedicated professional committed to maintaining the highest standards of the medical field, Dr. Burnham continues to provide expert medical oversight and strategic leadership, ensuring that patients receive appropriate, evidence-based care while upholding the principles of medical necessity and clinical excellence.

Suzanne Boushee, RN, BSN
Currently serving as Director of Clinical Implementation for ExamWorks UM Strategies, Suzanne brings a robust foundation of clinical expertise, critical thinking, and collaborative leadership to every initiative she undertakes. Her professional journey reflects an unwavering commitment to quality, efficiency, and patient-centered care across increasingly complex healthcare environments. Through her strategic approach and hands-on leadership style, she has consistently delivered measurable improvements in clinical operations and patient outcomes.
Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota, where she developed the strong clinical foundation that has supported her throughout her career. Her extensive background enables her to bridge the gap between clinical practice and operational strategy, making her an invaluable asset in navigating today's evolving healthcare landscape.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Suzanne maintains a balanced lifestyle that includes staying active, exploring new destinations through travel, and spending meaningful time with friends and family. She especially cherishes the moments shared with her adult son, finding joy and fulfillment in these personal connections.
Operations Manager
Caitlin Rousseau
Prior to this role, Caitlin spent 10 years at AllMed Healthcare Management, where she started as a Clinician Assistant and advanced to Clinical Operations Supervisor through her dedication and leadership in optimizing workflows and team performance.
Caitlin began her career as a radiologic technologist and worked as a promotional staffer for a marketing group, gaining valuable experience in both healthcare and customer engagement. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Science with a minor in Business from the Oregon Institute of Technology. With a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and business acumen, Caitlin continues to make a meaningful impact in healthcare operations
Pharmacist Manager
Madison Mizer, Pharm.D, PPh
Prior to ExamWorks, Madison practiced at a community pharmacy with a strong focus on customer service and patient advocacy, providing essential clinical services. She also gained expertise in long-term care pharmacy, consulting for several Indiana-based PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) facilities where she specialized in geriatric pharmaceutical care.
Madison earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky and holds certifications in immunization administration and prescriber-pharmacist protocols, including Naloxone (Narcan) dispensing, smoking cessation counseling, and birth control dispensing.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys hiking and movie nights with her husband and their fur babies, Nala and Rosie. She is active in her church community and treasures time with family - especially watching Notre Dame football and keeping up with her energetic nieces.
Marketing Manager
Stephanie Fazio
As Marketing Manager at ExamWorks UM Strategies, Stephanie leads the brand and messaging development, demand generation strategy, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen the company's market position. She collaborates closely with sales and business development teams to deliver materials that effectively drive awareness and engagement among both existing clients and prospective partners. Her strategic approach ensures cohesive messaging across all customer touchpoints, supporting business growth and client retention objectives.
Stephanie's professional experience spans both healthcare and business technology sectors, providing her with a unique perspective on market dynamics and customer needs. Her prior roles include Marketing Manager at AllMed Healthcare Management, Marketing Account Manager at Fuel Medical, and Advertising/Public Relations Manager at VTech Communications, where she built a diverse portfolio of expertise across multiple industries and market segments.
Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with specialized focus in digital advertising, sales promotions, and services marketing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University, with specializations in Advertising Management, Marketing, and Sociology.
National Account Manager
Troy Naudin
Troy's approach centers on developing comprehensive client roadmaps designed to enhance both client and member satisfaction while fostering long-term partnerships and measurable growth. He regularly leads quarterly business reviews and weekly client engagements to ensure continuous improvement, and serves as a mentor to new account managers, sharing his knowledge to build a stronger, more capable team.
Prior to his current role, Troy honed his skills at Cigna Healthcare, where he specialized in benefits solutions for small employers, developing his ability to translate complex healthcare solutions into actionable client strategies.
Troy earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Colorado - Boulder. He now calls Miami home, where he enjoys life with his wife and two dogs. A true food enthusiast, Troy has become the go-to resource for outstanding dining experiences across Miami, Austin, Colorado, and Portland—recommendations are always available upon request.
Health Insurance Regulatory Specialist
Elizabeth Geigle, MHA, CPHQ, CHC
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has led the development and implementation of compliance and quality programs, conducted regulatory risk assessments and audits, and partnered closely with legal, clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with evolving healthcare regulations. Her work has supported readiness for regulatory reviews, strengthened internal controls, and improved operational consistency across organizations.
Elizabeth has held leadership roles spanning regulatory compliance, quality management, and accountable care operations, with experience supporting HEDIS and Stars performance, NCQA accreditation activities, incident management, and corrective action planning. She is particularly skilled at translating regulatory requirements into practical, scalable processes that support both compliance and business objectives.
She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and maintains certifications in healthcare compliance and healthcare quality & patient safety. Elizabeth is an active member of professional healthcare quality and compliance organizations and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to regulatory analysis and stakeholder communication.

Stratton Lindenmuth
Prior to this role, Stratton gained specialized experience in the workers’ compensation and general liability insurance industry, where he honed his expertise as both a data analyst and account manager. Throughout his career, he has developed a comprehensive business acumen while building particular strengths in customer success, dynamic problem solving, and strategic business development.
Stratton earned his degrees in Operations Management/Analytics and Spanish from the University of Alabama, where he cultivated both his analytical capabilities and his passion for the Crimson Tide. Outside of work he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes playing golf, hiking with his dog Marlowe, experimenting in the kitchen, and exercising.
